Trackman-related privacy policies and data usage terms are available at https://mytrackman.com/system/privacy-policy. Participants consent to the use of their image during the event by the organizers of the event for promotional purposes, with no right to claim full or partial compensation for that reason.
Participants agree that their personal data may be given to third parties for reasons related to results / rankings and announcements on the internet. Personal data of the participants required during the registration procedure are stored and will be used for purposes only related to the operation of the Velocity Golf Par 3 tournament.
IMPORTANT:
Competitors will require a Trackman account/profile in order to compete in the Tournament. If competitors already have a Trackman account then they should register using the same email address that is associated with their pre-existing profile.
