Speed Is Built.
Not Bought.
Everyone wants more clubhead speed. Almost everyone tries to shortcut the one thing that matters most. The body.
Shortcuts to speed get you one of two results: frustrated, or hurt. You avoid both by doing what's right.
Test the body to see what it's actually capable of, and how that capability connects to your speed output on TrackMan.
Address the limiter. Your body caps your speed on purpose. It knows that if it lets you do something you can't do, it breaks. Remove the cap and the speed is already there waiting.
Build the engine that matches your bias. We train what's limiting you, not what's already working.

Speed 2 and Speed 3 carry our floor: a minimum of 3 mph of clubhead speed by the end of the program. Not a number you touch once, but a number you can access on demand, with a program to fall back on if it ever slips.
Lee runs every speed program at Velocity. His approach is simple and popular: the body sets the ceiling, so the body is where the work starts. Screen first, measure second, train third, and never in a different order.
Speed Is the Start.
The Build Is What Keeps It.
A speed program removes your limiter and gets you the mph. Holding that number, and turning it into lower scores, is a longer job. That's what The Build is for: coaching, fitness, and technology on a monthly membership with Lee, David, and Jerrod.
Finish any Speed program and $300 comes off your first month of The Build. The work you already put in carries forward.
