Of course! When a player reserves the bay, they have access to all the features the Trackman offers. For example, you can get club and ball data in shot analysis, go on any course and practice any shot, use the virtual driving range and more!

Do I need to bring my own golf balls and clubs?

If you have your own clubs, we recommend bringing them. If not, let us know and we will do our best to provide you with clubs that will make your experience as fun as possible. We will provide golf balls and ask that you do not attempt to use your own. Thanks!

What is TrackMan Handicap?

TrackMan Handicap is a measure of your playing ability in Virtual Golf. The TrackMan Handicap is inspired by the new worldwide rules (WHS), where players are adjusted up/down based on a subset of their latest rounds. If you are logged in with a TrackMan account, you will receive a TrackMan Handicap after your first round of Virtual Golf. From that point, your TrackMan Handicap is automatically updated after each round of  Virtual Golf.

Question: How do I get my TrackMan Handicap?

Answer: If you are logged into your TrackMan account, and play a round without using mulligans, with a gimme distance of less than 12ft or 3.5m, you will receive a TrackMan Handicap after your first round of Virtual Golf. If any of these conditions have not been fulfilled, the score will not count towards your TrackMan Handicap. Scores from private and tournament rounds which fulfill these requirements are included in the calculation of your TrackMan Handicap.

Question: What is an Indoor tournament?

Answer: An indoor tournament is just like an outdoor tournament. Same rules apply. You compete against other players and appear on a live leaderboard. You can play in tournaments with a guest profile, but you will need a Trackman profile to appear on the tournament leaderboard. If you do not have a Trackman profile yet, you can create one in the simulator, or visit MyTrackman.com or in the Trackman Golf App. You can view your tournaments and leaderboards, and all your Trackman activities in the Trackman Golf App, and use the Quick Log-In feature to sign in to TPS. To participate in invitational (private) tournaments, you must be invited by the tournament host, and sign in using your Trackman profile.
